How does online ordering and WhatsApp handoff work? ▾
Browse our delicious catalogue, add your chosen cakes to cart, enter your delivery address and preferred time slot, and click "Place Order". Your order is saved securely on our servers and opens WhatsApp pre-filled with your order reference and summary for instant coordination with our bakery dispatch team.
What are the delivery charges and same-day delivery cutoff? ▾
Delivery is completely FREE for orders above ₹399. For smaller orders below ₹399, a nominal delivery charge of ₹49 applies. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 6:00 PM IST.
Can I customize the message or design on the cake? ▾
Yes! During checkout you can enter your custom message (e.g. "Happy Birthday Priya") in the notes field. For bespoke 3D sculptured cakes or photo cakes, our cake consultants will finalize your exact design on WhatsApp.
Are Monginis cakes vegetarian / eggless? ▾
A large selection of our cakes, pastries, and savouries are 100% vegetarian (eggless), clearly marked and prepared in segregated baking stations.
What is the required investment to start a Monginis franchise? ▾
Investment typically ranges from ₹10 Lakhs to ₹25 Lakhs depending on whether you choose a compact mall kiosk or a standard high-street bakery showroom. Daily fresh inventory is supplied directly from our central kitchens.
